Project Bidder – Drupal Projects (E-Commerce & Decoupled)

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Project Bidder who can help us win Drupal-based projects on online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and others.

As a Project Bidder, your primary responsibility will be identifying, bidding on, and converting relevant Drupal project opportunities—especially those involving Drupal Commerce, custom modules, and decoupled architectures (React, Vue, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Search daily for relevant Drupal-related projects on freelancing platforms.

  • Write compelling and customized proposals tailored to client requirements.

  • Understand client needs and align them with our team’s strengths and capabilities.

  • Coordinate with the technical team to prepare accurate estimates and timelines.

Follow up with leads and maintain client communication during the bidding stage.

  • Track and report bidding activity, conversions, and performance metrics.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in project bidding/sales on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.

  • Strong understanding of Drupal CMS, including eCommerce and headless/decoupled solutions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to understand technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
